PLATE HEATER

(PROCESS EQUIPMENT HEATING)

Thin section plate with controlled heating for keeping small pales, tubs and buckets viscous for use in production.
More than just a plate

The Plate Heater is a 1m x 1.2m microprocessor-controlled heating plate with twin heating zones that are used to warm viscous products, such as syrups and fats, usually in plastic pails or small containers.

Once the containers are in place, the unit can be covered with an insulated cover. It typically takes only a few hours for the product to achieve the necessary liquidity, so that the containers can be emptied with minimum waste.

Mount it on a pallet and you move the product to where you need it and keep it warm.
