“Our sister site uses Dolfins to heat malt syrup successfully. We borrowed one to see if it would work in raising the temperature of jam. We attained excellent results and have now purchased multiple Dolfins. One great benefit is that with our previous heating we used to have around 15 litres of waste jam as the IBC emptied as we could not recover it. Using Dolfins has eliminated this waste resulting in a great cost saving”.
